Deposit methods
- M-Pesa (Kenya): an STK prompt is sent to your phone. Minimum KES 100 per prompt, converted at KES 130 = $1.
- USDT (TRC20): send to the address shown in the app; minimum $10.
- Card: available when switched on for your account.
If an M-Pesa prompt fails
The app tells you the reason in plain words (for example a cancelled prompt, wrong PIN, or not enough money) and lets you resend the prompt straight away. If money left your M-Pesa but your balance did not change, contact support with the time and M-Pesa code and the team will trace it.
Withdrawals
Minimum $5, to M-Pesa or USDT (TRC20). Verified accounts are normally processed within about 15 minutes; unverified accounts can take up to 48 hours. Verifying your identity once unlocks the faster time.
